1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Frosted Genetics website ("Site") and purchasing any products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms, do not use this Site or purchase any products.
2. Product Description & Legal Classification
All seeds sold by Frosted Genetics are sold strictly as genetic preservation specimens, adult novelty collectible items, and souvenirs. Seeds are valued for their genetic lineage and collectibility. Each pack is numbered, authenticated, and documented with lineage information. We make no claims regarding germination rates, THC content, or cultivation outcomes. All packaging is marked "For Souvenir / Collection Purposes Only."
3. Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age (or 21 years of age where applicable by local law) to purchase from Frosted Genetics. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement in your jurisdiction.
4. Prohibited Use & Buyer Responsibility
Seeds purchased from Frosted Genetics are NOT sold for the purpose of germination where prohibited by applicable federal, state, or local law. The buyer assumes full responsibility for understanding and complying with all laws and regulations in their jurisdiction regarding the purchase, possession, and use of cannabis seeds. Frosted Genetics is not liable for any misuse of products purchased from this Site. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and understand the legal status of cannabis seeds in your region.
5. Limited Availability & Drop Model
Frosted Genetics operates on a drop-based release model. Availability is limited and not guaranteed. Access to drops may be randomized or prioritized based on membership tier (Seedling, Cultivator, Breeder's Cut). Queue positions are assigned randomly to prevent bot manipulation. Once a drop sells out, there is no guarantee of restocking. All drop sales are final.
6. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. We accept cryptocurrency payments (BTC, ETH, USDC) via BTCPay Server with a 10% discount, select high-risk card payment processors, and SEPA bank transfers for EU customers. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment must be completed at the time of purchase. Orders are not confirmed until payment is fully processed and verified.
7. Shipping and Delivery
We ship worldwide using discreet, stealth packaging. No cannabis-related branding or strain information appears on any external packaging. Shipping times vary by method and destination. Frosted Genetics is not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or other circumstances beyond our control. We do not ship to Australia, Japan, Singapore, or other jurisdictions where customs actively intercepts seed shipments. See our Shipping page for full details.
8. Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, all seed sales are final and non-returnable once shipped. We offer a viability guarantee only: if seeds received are visibly damaged or fail to meet basic viability standards upon inspection, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photographic evidence for a replacement. This guarantee does not cover germination outcomes, grow results, or buyer error.
9. Intellectual Property
All strain names, genetic lineage data, branding, imagery, and content on this Site are the proprietary property of Frosted Genetics. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of any intellectual property is strictly prohibited. Our genetics may not be used for commercial breeding without express written consent.
10. Limitation of Liability
Frosted Genetics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this Site or products purchased. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Site or availability of any product.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved through binding arbitration. By using this Site, you waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits against Frosted Genetics.
12. Modifications to Terms
Frosted Genetics reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
